This tin foil is designed for use in commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. Made from aluminium foil, with a thickness of 11 microns +/- 10%, it comes packaged in a tamper proof cutter box.

This product is ideal for wrapping food, covering meat and dishes in the oven, as well as general food preparation and storage in the fridge or freezer. The foil will keep food moist and prevent flavour from escaping. Suitable for packaging all foods except those that are very acidic such as lemon, vinegar, etc.
