This semi-firm Alpine cow’s milk cheese is a complement to any cheeseboard. Mild and delicate, the taste of Tomme de Savoie changes with the seasons. Despite the luxurious feel, it’s low in fat as it’s made from skimmed milk rather than cream.
This Tomme de Savoie is produced in the famous cheese-making region of Franche-Comté, on the Swiss border, by Maison Monts & Terroirs. It is made with raw, local milk and ripened for at least a month. Pair with a light red or a fruity white wine for a simple but indulgent experience.
